Clickable US Map

I need a clickable map of the 50 US States. The purpose of this map is to allow viewers to discern if the TV show is available in their viewing area (city and state).
The cities and states are in an MS Access DB. There are only 3 columns in the database - ID, STATE and CITY.
When a state is clicked it will display the cities that correspond with that state.
A good example can be found here: homescape .com
Cities can be listed below the Flash or embedded in the Flash.
- Flash is preferred for the graphic
- Page is to be written in ASP
