Updates to existing Google Map ASP.NET prototype

I have built an ASP.NET website which integrates with Google Maps and allows users to search for various office locations which are stored in SQL Server. Much of the functionality has already been built; I am looking for a skilled ASP.NET developer with Google Maps API and Javascript skills to help finish the prototype as follows; 1) Dynamic JSON files 2) Different entities associated with different zoom levels 3) Updated markers when map is scrolled or zoomed The attached document provides access to the prototype and further technical details. I will provide all code and database in order to carry out the work. You can also use my hosting if necessary. If the project is successful, it will lead to more work on the site.
