429694 new project for asp cache page work in internet

hi

it have to cache result TO MY LOCAL SERVER

and show it on script that have more mangament for content ..i can help little on that

cache evey 10 min can change from controlpanel

and controlpanel for manage user and script .. modify delete ect.

file for translate all script shown word to arabic

and can be modify the disign by template html

other smaill details ..
