ASP programmer and web design/ graphic skills. Maintenance , Updates and New additions to a e commerce fashion jewellery site. Our Full time ‘'IT in-house'' person based outside! IN brief: I am looking for a VERY experienced ASP programmer with good web design skills. STABILITY AND RELIABILITY ARE KEY QUALITIES AND ASSURANCE REQUIRED.(via independent references about you and your work) Up to 40 hrs/ week ; $400.00/ month/ regular monthly work. ( we don't count hours to the minute!) $400 x 12 months= $4400.00 This amount is what we will pay into Escrow, you are responsible for any commission deductions. Paid via this site ONLY. At end of each month. Monies will be held in a escrow account at beginning of each month. I looking for some one with commitments, integrity and enthusiasm. Genuinely capable in their filed and able to work at FAST pace with total accuracy to complete and update changes. Bug fixing/ Better functionality/ new projects and re design of the associated sites. In short our out-sourced in-house Site programmer designer. What im NOT looking for: :A beginner and looking for first time experience , etc. :Some one who has no sense of meeting deadlines :Wants to earn a quick buck and messing around with someone live site thinking they cant read what's at back end of a site… :In short if you not ethical and take no pride in your profession and the only motive you have is earning funds… we are NOT interested. : finally I'm not looking at any one to reply the offer in terns of money is too low, etc, best you look else where if you feel that! You may be based in China/ India/ South America etc… I don't mind, as long as you have: What im looking for: 1) excellent communication skills .& a good command of the English language will totally understand concept and be able to apply this in programming language to achieve desired results! 2) understanding requirements very quickly without asking too many questions( this is our biggest issue… we cant spend hours explaining what we need each day! A true expert will appreciate any concepts and put that's in motion and come up with results in a programming language, etc! We are NOT hear to show u how to do things, ONLY to tell u what we want..! 3) Understand meeting deadlines is vital 4) A sense of reporting back on progress each day. 5) Able to provide two independent references about you and your work from independent sources, persons whom u have worked for. We can not discuss further without REFERENCES, If you cant provide, we can not work. 6) A portfolio and qualifications. 7) Have you own broad band connection etc. and basic infrastructure in place. 8) Very sure you have the time ability to devote. And able to work to UK timings when required for communication. 9) Are TOTALLY experienced in ASP ( not .NET) we are as ASP site; yu can view our site; janeojewelscom. You will work on the main site as well as its associated sites. Some work will be very challenging, some work will be very routine, both are equally important! You will be working on site which as been written by some one else.. and added to by others, and you will HAVE to cope with this and not expect something which is straight forward! 10) Creative design skills which fulfil e commerce criteria, SEO criteria etc 11) A gentle and decent person with a calm personality whom we can work with comfortably with confidence., 12 ) evidence of work on this site is preffred to show your worth. 13) you will sign a NDA with evidence of who u are , identity etc. In short a genuine professional in their field, who wants stability of income and is capable of devoting to the task with seriousness!
