Fast Coder Needed

This project will be difficult for some - easy for some. I am looking for good coder person/team to assist me in coding two systems I require that will be used for my own business and not for resale. I have already found the two systems elsewhere (sold as Product) on the Internet however they are done in PHP and run on Linux. These coders need to be fast because I am only giving the coder 20 days to complete these two systems for me in ASP.
