The bot will ask around 30 questions. Depending on the answers of the Applicant completing the from.
There is a mixture of questions some multi choice, pick list, yes no or free text answers. We will supply all content.
Depending on the answers the bot will take information create a lead in Zoho and forward the application to a live agent, redirect to a live agent and or sms or send a url link to customer
Depending on the answers the bot will create automated follow task and call backs.
Our objective is to create version one with the above features, with version two improvements to follow once we have tested version 1
