Make a Country Single

I want to get into the Country Music scene, but it's very difficult for me as i don't have the skills to do so and my budget leaves me with little money to pursue my dream, I can do the singing, but i need someone who can create the instrumental track, as well as someone who is able to remove any white noise in the vocal track and i also need someone who is capable of mixing both the vocal track and the instrumental.

I also need someone who can help me make the lyrics of my song as i seem to have a problem with making lyrics rhyme while also telling a story.

I can create a Dropbox account for transferring files if necessary.

I know that it is is helpful to know where my vocal range, but i am unsure as to where my vocal range, but i have a video of my singing which hopefully can provide enough information
