I am a pianist who performs at weddings and I would like to create a generic letter responding to inquires to explains my services. I can perform at the ceremony providing pre-service, processional, recessional, and postlude music. I can also provide music for the cocktail hour and reception. I tailor the music to the clients and I also offer suggestions when they are unsure or unclear about what they like. I can also provide other musicians such as a vocalist and saxophonist upon request. I would like the letter to be inviting towards a bride to be, having some degree of excitement, but not "sales pitch" exciting.
