1. Draw laundry area including stairs, modify existing drawings and associated drawings to reflect changes
2. Draw home office and stairs, including stairs to 3rd floor. Modify existing drawings and associated drawings to reflect changes
3. Draw 3rd floor
4. Consider using existing columns to support 3rd floor (hideable columns only)
5. Consider using food lift as main column support, modify existing drawings and associated drawings to reflect change
6. Make food lift bigger, new dimensions’ are 600 x 800 (extend towards bedroom 4)
7. Draw extra column and foundation for centre of pool, modify existing drawings and associated drawings to reflect change
8. Draw true elevation of all 4 sides of house
9. Sketches are the latest revision
10. Detail drawing of plumbing including venting (due to bad smelling toilets and showers in Indonesia plumbing needs special attention)
In all cases, if the proposed sketch detail does not work or would not be constructible do not draw, notify myself immediately for course of action.
Any omitted information that is required please contact me ASAP, base drawings will be supplied in Autocad for import.
