'd like a Start-UP Business Plan for a Gas Station I'm converting into a Car Wash. The business plan needs to highlight financials and market data for (3) segments: (1)Gas Station Convenience Stores & Fuel service, (2) Car Wash's, and (3) Coffee Shop/Local Cafe's.
Given that I'm acquiring this property through an asset sale, the seller is unwilling to showcase his financials. My plan to secure funding is to provide a Business Plan to the SBA that showcases a high-level national trend, but then focuses on Tampa's local markets, growth analysis, and financial data for Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pinellas County specifically. The business will be established in Land O Lakes, FL - (Pasco County) so please tackle local competitors and demographics specifically in this county since this will be my primary market for my customer base.
