I'm seeking a skilled business plan writer to establish a compelling case for expanding the existing loan product offering. The primary purpose of this strategy is to capture a larger market share and loan portfolio growth while staying true to the company's DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives. We currently offer Consumer and Mortgage loans, and we look forward to exploring the potential of further options.
The ideal freelancer would have:
- A solid understanding of the US credit union lending industry and its intricacies
- Familiar with the US market (i.e., understand the market at the county level and not the state level)
- Proven experience in crafting business plans.
- The ability to articulate the benefits and risks of expanding loan products.
- Familiar with the difference between ITIN borrowers versus SSN borrowers.
You'll need to:
- Review our current offerings and market position
- Conduct a competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Develop a comprehensive and persuasive business expansion plan to include:
- Executive summary
- Company description
- SWOT analysis
- Financial forecast
- Customer analysis
- Review & critique
- Industry & competitive analysis
- TAM calculation or analysis
- Tailored marketing plan
Your ultimate objective is to ensure the expansion strategy succeeds, meets customer expectations and increases our market share. I have started the plan and need help completing it. Please know that the product is a loan. We are the loan provider, NOT the person needing a loan/grant.
Budget Limitation: It's important to acknowledge that, at this stage, I have a limited budget allocated for this endeavor. I'm fully aware of the value of this.
