Help plan a crowd fund project.

I am starting a TV screen panel repair company. this has never been done before. broken screens are a common problem with TVs and it is usually not cost effective to replace the screen as the screen is usually worth more than the TV. It is possible to repair a smashed screen. we will be the only company doing this. there is no other company that repairs TV screens. I am looking for a 200,000 GBP Investment, as R+D will be expensive. all the machinery will have to be manufactured by the company. I am offering the person willing to help a 7% equity in this venture, and the possibility to invest in future ventures.
