Need C or C++ or Delphi program to download websites with [login to view URL] and connect to servers with winsock

I am looking for a talented programmer to be able to code me a simple program in C or C++ or Delphi to do the following 2 tasks.

1) Be able to download websites using the winhttp control

2) Connect to servers and send/receive data using winsock

Both tasks must be able to run asynchronously, and both tasks must be multithreaded (for example, I should be able to download from 20 websites at the same time, or connect to 20 servers at the same time with winsock).

I do not need a gui, it is not neccessary. Program must run in windows 98 and above, and be standalone (no other required files to run)

PS: If you can, please provide a sample of your work (that utilizes winhttp/winsock) so I know you are capable of handling the project.
