I am in need of a person that can help me reprogram a desktop mobile phone. It is a Motorola fx1900 phone and it uses the old Motorola chipset. It is made in China and I tried contacting the original manufacturers of the phone but they could give me no useful information on how to hack the phone to reprogram it.
What I want to do is to turn the phone into a payphone. So I need its software re-written to include a call billing feature into the phone and also connect it onto a pc to a central pay phone management software.
The picture of the phone is attached to this project request. It already has a usb port to connect it into a pc.

Just a pitty the site is in Spanish and there’s no English version of the site. I tried emailing them though their contact link - but my email was returned for some reason or another.
