Instant Messenger Client (not web based!)

Hi,

I need instant messenger software that can

be downloaded to a user's computer and used

just like AOL Instant Messenger.

I will also need this to be brandable/customizable,

and I need info on what kind of server I would

need to handle/operate this chat system.

BASICALLY... I need my own branded version of

AOL Instant Messenger, for people to download

from my site.

Disregard the budget setting for this project. It was incorrect.
