78654 IE Toolbar w/ File Sharing App

Okay, Please pay attention and DO NOT USE AN AUTO RESPONSE. This is a very complex application I am asking for and expect bids from people who have already designed file sharing applications. I want to see past examples of file-sharing work, specifically on the Gnutella/FastTrack Networks. General Description: A File Sharing application that an end user can download using an ActiveX control from a website or via a .exe download. This file sharing program's GUI will be in the form of an IE Toolbar, and all search result and download pages will be done with templates hosted on the end users computer (part of the Active X or .exe installation). Technicals: This application will utilize the Gnutella / FastTrack file sharing network (Kazaa). You will be responsable for knowing the interface for the file sharing. The application does not need the capability of sharing, just to be able to download. Must have similar functionality to Kazaa (Search, Download, Play). All done through html or xml templates on the end users computer (which you will able to be responsable for designing, shy of graphics). I need the ability to block certain file types (i.e. .mpg's or .mp3's). The toolbar will be 60 pixels in height to accomodate a banner rotation script and the full width of the IE window. I understand that I am asking alot here, but someone well versed in file-sharing applications should be able to get this done for me with little trouble. Of course I require COMPLETE EXCLUSIVITY to the license of this project. This is one of those projects that will be never ending. With my connections in this industry it will flourish, and I need a programmer that I can count on to eventually hire full time for modifications, tweaks, bugs, etc... I've seen these projects for file sharing apps with far more functionality get bids of $300.00. So don't ask for the world, you will not get it. This is a very small personal startup, and I promise the gold is there for the right programmer.
