Full time MS Access Database creator to design Real Estate property record database
End Product:
1) MS Access database which will manage between 5,000-10,000 records with between 30-70 data points per record.
2) Database will feature:
1. Custom designed forms for data entry
2. Custom designed queries for searching variables
3. Custom designed reports for output as .doc, .xls, and .pdf files
4. Macros or modules to perform importing/exporting functions
3) Database will begin as a local machine product only (for use in one location by no more than 3 users)
Once this database is created locally, we intend to expand in the future to web based record entry and accessibility by multiple users.
Provider must be thoroughly familiar with Excel, and have mid-level (as a minimum) knowledge of MS Access.? Must also have knowledge of some Excel database functions.
## Deliverables
I need a custom designed Access database which
can be added to on a daily basis by data entry workers,
has the ability to be added to both by importing data from Excel, and by inputting data on an Access form,
can be queried in Access and exported to Excel for analysis,
can produce rich reports for export to .doc, .xls, and .pdf files.
I already have background in these programs, but cannot spend the time creating the database and reports, forms, etc.
Attached is an example of an end product report, and a spreadsheet of sample data which would be the basis for the database.
