We need you to write a simple commanline tool for windows for a APSX RFID reader ([login to view URL])
A DLL-file is supplied from the manufacturer (DLL, guidelines, desktop app+sourcecode, samples and documentation found here: [login to view URL])
The commandline tool should be able to return the UID from the RFID tag using the function "GetUID"
