Build a Cbot / Indicator to post to Telegram

It must be on the Ctrader Platform using C#. I need the source code as the deliverable. Goals: 1: Create a cBot / Indicator to place trades using Japanese candle sticks and post the trade details to telegram for event triggers preferably with an automatic screenshot of the chart with the mark up if possible. 2: The program should be able to work on multiple time frames/ symbols that the user selects as relevant via the parameters. 3: The program should be able to detect confluence among time frames, ie. There’s a 1hr time frame bullish (upward) signal inside a 4hr time frame bullish (upward) signal and only because they both activated inside the 4hr, we send out the trade to the telegram and place the trade. I have the exact logic for what is a Japanese Candle stick, no trading ability needed.
