Develop Windows Software Wrapper

Hello, Recently, I developed an installer application for one of my projects using the WiX (Windows installer XML) Toolset. Along with the standard features, the installer also provided the following ones: 1. A custom product key dialog to obtain product key from the user. 2. A custom action to validate the product key. 3. An option to start the application automatically after completing the installation. Though it seems that based on the given details, your task of developing a command line application to produce an installer can be done using C# and the WiX Toolset, I would like to go through a more detailed workflow of the project (as some of the points mentioned are not clear to me) and see if I can really help you with the same.
