We have a dot net Microsoft Visio Add-In that needs to be upgraded to the current version of dot net framework. It is several years old and we are having installation issues with some users. The add in is linked to a local SQLite database. We are looking for someone who had experience with dot net, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Add-Ins and SQLite who can review and upgrade the application. The scope of this first phase of the project is to review the application code, identify issues and make recommendations.
