Multiple simultaneously click application

Hello We need the following functionality. It is only for our internal use so any sort of the beautiful design is required) 1. The prgrammes is like floating above the example chart attached(outer frame size and cell size etc would be all the same as the original chart attached) 2. We click a button(or press a keyboard key) then it activates 4 multiple clicks(4 coordinates) 'quickly simultaneously' 3. The programme has +/- buttons that makes 4 coordinates adjustable(goes up and down) The programmes' frame(width and height) should be adjustable by dragging the corner to make it work for every screen resolution.
