I'm an experienced developer of client side and web applications. I understand http communications and html parsing. The two things I consider most important for this project. If I understand your request correctly, you simply need something that can pretend it's a browser submitting information on your behalf. If you're looking for something different, like an IE BHO, or FF plugin, that would require me to revise my quote. Not necessary to increase it, but I would have to re-evaluate how much time / energy would be required before bidding.
