Windows Application to be built integration to Outlook

Would like an application that sits on a desktop PC monitoring incoming emails into Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 clients that verifies an incoming email to check to see whether the hyperlinks embedded on all new incoming emails are valid and not phishing links. 1. Link checking; Check to determine if hyperlinks are safe before letting the email be opened by the client. We could do this a number of ways, I think the best way is to verify if the domain name within hyperlink URL matches the user FROM: domain name on the email. If it does not then move the email to a folder under their Inbox called "Potential Phishing" (create if does not exist) This will scan all hyperlinks on each email. 2. Extra protection; Upon user clicking a link, popup a box prompting for the user to verify they are opening a valid link with a warning message "You are about to open an external web site, click here to verify the link before proceeding. VERIFY... Then after the verify option has been selected, the PROCEED TO OPEN button will appear. Also a cancel option would be ideal too. The Verify link will redirect the user to this third party link checker [login to view URL]<web link here> which will open up in its own window within the Outlook plugin. The program must be an auto silent installer (MSI) and also Executable for self manual install. Also if MSI is pushed out, need it to update the existing install (even if running) Must be compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 professional editions. This program is intended to be useful to our organisation I work for, and I think it would be very helpful to isolate most phishing attacks.
