Xamarin-Forms Component

Build a single page Xamarin application with a list view with video shortcuts and a small name. Use a template for that. Build a reusable control to play videos the way we do in facebook app. User should be able to play video in full screen and dock the video in the corner of the screen and can still navigate through the list view. Use the control in list view to play videos when use tap on video shortcuts. The videos should be stored in the server in a file system and application has to hist the WebAPI core end point in order to retrieve the video. Do not over complicate the API part, we just need a controller with an end point which can stream the video to the application. Please note that, the UI should be written in xaml and app should follow MVVM pattern.
