Build a carport with concrete pad and overhead structure

The carport will actually be an RV-port to protect my RV from the elements. We have a 30x50 garage with a tin roof and want to raise the center section of roof 4 feet (existing opening is 16') and put a 12'w x 8'long kickout off the rear of the garage at the point of the raised roof.
