Looking for someone who can make a product that is Sprayable and will stick to metal, plastic and painted surfaces and when dries completely in 1 hour and it is clear and hard so it can withstand things hitting hit (like rocks) and extreme temperatures from -70F to 200F and also it needs to be able to be removeable through a spray without ruining the surface under neith like the paint finish

what's the end application? why don't you go with teflon coating? that will answer all your requirements. i don't understand why you need new chemical when you can use an existing solution. correct me if i am wrong.
