onedrive similar app and website

I need a new website and applications. I already have a design, I just need you to make the coding back end and make the code of both android and apple application we will handle the design and you will do all the programing ios android frontend and backend the website and apps are similar to one drive microsoft cloud app those are the descriptions: 2- file priorities 3- password lock 4- cloud upload 5- social media interaction 6- archive bills, emails, messages, chats, pictures, music, etc… 7-detection for files(type of files, xls, .doc, pdf…) 8- data analysis( gives statistics) 10- ability to import files and integrate them in the software. 11- search ability 12- three languages. 14- filter mode 15 - sorting pictures in an easy way to import them later on to the pc 16- creating categories and subcategories 17- ability to rename files 18- ability to work offline and online 19- integration with chat applications 20- schedule 21- automatic sync to folders 22- ability to share folders to other people through a link 23- image on the website available in meta data, and the ability to choose the image to upload from the phone and download it later on. 24- corporate accounts: ability to integrate the server of a company to the app instead of our own servers. 25- some tabs will have customized cells to divide the work inside 26- open specific chat for a particular topic in order to save it for later (for corporate accounts) 27- accessing SD card 28- compress folders and files we need everyday progress to be shown the deadline should be very respectful and strict security in the cloud and backend are top priority
