Need SEO Outreach Manager to Scale Link Building Campaign

My company is looking for someone with a successful track record of conducing outreach for link building to help us acquire high authority, natural backlinks on a long term, ongoing basis.
If successful, we aim to build a long term relationship with you resulting in possible full time work salary and commissions, etc.
We would like to start small and scale the campaign in size to eventually target multiple websites in our portfolio once the system is proven to work with one website.
In order to scale effectively, you will either already have your own small team in place or help us in assembling a team. It's fine if it's just you starting out as we can still test your approach at smaller scale.
Please share with me the basic system you have or are now using with success, such as offering guest posts, social shares, etc.
All links must appear to be 100% "natural". All content on our sites are excellent quality, and improving daily, so getting links should be easier. You will coordinate with our creative director to help optimize content for link building.
Our two main objective are:
1) Acquire as many relevant, high authority, natural backlinks as possible.
2) To minimize the cost of acquiring each link throughout the process.
