Need a Virtual Assistant to Help with Qualifying Lead Calls & Email Marketing with Content Writing Skills

I am looking for a virtual assistant to work full time and they would have the following responsibilities:
1) Calling the List of Leads provided to them and Qualify them (Checklist and training will be provided). The person needs to have good English Communication Skills.
2) Email Marketing - We will make a plan for the entire month and the freelancer will form the email, and sequentially send to leads. Needs good written English Skills.
3) Content Writing - Researching on a given topic and writing blog articles.
- Graphic Design Skills and Video Editing would be a bonus.
