Many short articles on Australian finance industry for website

I am looking for someone to write 20 articles (400-600 words in length each) specific to the Australian finance industry at $6 each from a list of different keywords. Some articles already have ideas and titles, some will be left up to your creativity. If we both like working with one another a further 20 articles will be offered at $6.50 and then if we wish to continue from there a further 20 articles will be offered at $7.00 a piece. Each of these further 40 articles will be arranged through Rentacoder. You are bidding on only the first 20 articles at the moment. Articles are particular to Australian mortgage and debt industry. Each of the articles should be between 400 to 600 words and must contain original and informative content. These articles need to be useful to website visitors. I will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ALL finished articles must be ORIGINAL and publishable with my name as the author (research/compilation from other web sources is fine but NO cut and paste). The writing style should be informative and conversational without getting too technical and must contain the keywords I supply. It must be easily read and understood by people whose native tongue is English. Sentences and paragraphs should be short. Articles must contain real information, not fluff. You do not need to be an expert on this subject but you must know enough to be able to communicate the keyword phrase and provide useful information for the visitor. Keyword densities for articles will be specified for keywords and will be mostly around 4-5%. I would like to receive 10 articles at a time for review, with the right to edit if necessary before accepting work as final. A sample article of your writing should accompany your bid. Applicable copyright laws must be adhered to as the articles must be publishable as original content. As mentioned above there will be more articles forthcoming immediately for successful writers. ## Deliverables * Writer experience required: high * Writing style required: creative, informal, informative * Article length: 400-600 words per article * Keyword density: 4-5% * maximum paragraph length: 3 lines * Keywords for these articles: Will be supplied on request. Requirements: * I do not accept "copy-and-paste" articles. All content MUST be 100% original. * I may ask for the article(s) to be edited if I am not satisfied with the work delivered (though, this has never been necessary before). * Review and approve all documents to make sure they meet the project specs. * The original files need to be erased from the writer's computer within 1 week after payment is made. * Under no circumstance are the articles written for me allowed to be re-sold, re-distributed or re-used in any way. * For confidentiality reasons, the successful bidder is not allowed to communicate this assignment (including the articles delivered) to unrelated parties without my expressed consent. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Word or RTF format.
