Experienced SEO Blog/Article Writer Needed

We are looking for freelance writers for our client websites/blogs to write about office coffee services, office vending services, cafeteria and foodservice, bottled water and related office breakroom service topics. This is an ongoing project 2-3 blogs/articles per week for the next 12 months. We are not after extremely long blogs, we are more interested in short and precise blogs that gets interest, are SEO relevant and will be shared online (via social networks). You will be responsible for submitting the articles and blog posts to us in a timely manner. We will provide a schedule and topic list each month. We will do the physical posting of your content. Only copywriting with images needs to be submitted. Each article must have a unique title and be keyword SEO rich. SEO friendly articles only - Here are the most important conventions to follow to get posts listed for keywords of our choice: 1. Blog posts shall contain at least (3) images per post. Each image should be named using primary keywords for inclusion in vertical search results. Each image should link to the customer’s website or to a valid referring site. Images are critical to making the blog seem current, with content that others might want to share. 2. Each post shall consist of at least (10) keyword-specific hyperlinks. 3. Each post should be cross-linked on other websites, social networks, etc. 4. Provide the names of one or two blog post categories, we should post it in. 5. Tag the blog with 5-6 keyword specific tags. All articles must be: - 100% Free from Grammatical errors - 100% Free from spelling errors - 100% Free from Punctuation errors - 100% Unique (no articles rewritten...), MUST pass Copyscape 100% - Articles should be original and informative - The Articles should be interesting to read as well. I am not looking for plain flat boring articles. Please, if English is NOT your native language; do not bother to bid for this project. We must be allowed 100% exclusive rights to each article and you must agree not to reuse or redistribute any of your content to anyone else or for any other project.
