Modifications to existing web site, currently hosted remotely, database credentials:

Front End: ASP.Net

Code Behind: VB.net

Framework: Visual [url removed, login to view] 2005/2008

Functional operation of site is to connect a camera and a remote PC, support input of information onto one page of the site, and deliver that digital information to two email addresses.

Work to be done is:

utilize the data base file to identify allowed camera and doctor registrqtion;

On the camera page:

presently says Date and Time, shows time. Add date and elapsed time the camera is on

populate the boxes for the two email addresses from the Data Base.

when click STOP or FINISH, populate the Physician's entered notes at the camera sirte and send the data side of the page to the two email addresses

when click FINISH clear the data and image info so a back arrow will not restore.

Site can be viewed at "[url removed, login to view]". Once this work is completed, extensive expansion of the data base and its function will be added as a separate project.

Source code is available for the site.

Someof the above work has been completed, but source code for the changes is not available. Access to the Data Base exists, again with some changes for which the source code is not available.

Access to the site at the host and to the source code will be made available to potential workers to assist in quoting the work.
