automatic translation solution

Hi

I need a solution for my project, we need an automatic translation, so this program or code will automatically pull the news from different websites and translate it to english, then to arabic and send it to my email. (for example: [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] )

We have Systran Software which is a translator that suuport API.

What solution can you offer?
