On top of that, the Property Manager isn't the only one giving the "orders" Tenants, can send direct requests to the team and they get automatically distributed based on the request, property, etc. There are also existing systems in place that automatically ask the Maintenance Technician to check inventory and put the order request in, all the Property Manager has to do is do a quick review of the order and click "approve"! It's a well-oiled machine as long as a good system is in place. The Property Manager is like the wizard behind the curtain making sure nothing gets overlooked or falls behind.
