My project is seeking an expert-level freelancer with experience in NVIDIA CUDA NPP libraries and with basic understanding of LabVIEW. The purpose of the project is to implement a specific image processing pipeline using NVIDIA GPU that must be wrapped for Labview. With the aim to greatly reduce the processing time respect to current CPU processing. Therefore a suitable DLL (for using with the Call Library Function Node within Labview) must be built integrating some basic CUDA NPP image processing. Through this DLL Labview will pass a set of images and required processing parameters for GPU processing. The DLL will therefore load all data in GPU memory and perform a sequence of image processing tasks (mostly based on CUDA NPP libraries); at the end of the GPU processing, resulting images will be output back to Labview. Image processing pipeline will probably include the following steps: Debayer, Flat Fielding, Denoise, Rotation, Scaling. Data from/to labview can be exchanged in form of "LV Images" or alternatively as "LV Array" or alternatively as simple pointer to a standard array in memory (to be discussed).
