Help me develop a computer graphics algorithm for my program in c++

I am developing an app which deals with depth of field simulation. I have something that is working very well but there is one part I am stuck on. I am looking for a very advanced and experienced software developer that specializes in computer graphics theory, concepts and algorithms. I also have another piece of software (not mine) that does what I'm looking for. So I can show you the effect, you can see how it works, and hopefully we can implement something similar into my software. I am looking for someone who is extremely well versed specifically in computer graphics imaging and algorithms using C++. You should have experience and understanding of what I'm describing here in order to help. You will be required to show work you have done in the past that proves you understand these concepts. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE AS YOU WILL WASTE BOTH OUR TIME. You will have to log in and work with me via TeamViewer. I appreciate and am looking forward to any help on this as I'm really stuck! I will most likely have other issues I'll need help with as well.
