Organize FLEX source in Jetbrains IntelliJ Project and Visual Studio source in VS2017 project + Minor changes

Hello Everyone, we have a platform that has been developed with FLEX + ASP.NET + C++ for the services on the Backend. We need a person that is a FLEX Expert and that have knowledge of ASP.NET and C++. The following are the tasks to do with that source. 1)The FLEX source has never been organized properly on a proper development environment, we want to do this know so we can later further develop the platform. 2) The FLEX code must be able to compile and run with the FLEX apache version 4.16.1 and the adobe AIR SDK 27 and therefore Flash Player level 27 3) All the source organized need to be able to run in DEBUG Mode so you can debug the whole solution including the Backend services using IntelliJ and Visual studio 2017 4) ALL Visual Studio code (ASP.NET, + C++ project etc) should be organize in projects of Visual Studio 2017 (The code is in older solutions of visual studio) 5) When compiled the UI makes a call for verifiying server registration that is enforced on the backend server with a license DLL from the services on the backend server. That licensing scheme need to be taken out of the UI code and from the Backend server code 6) The test that the work has been done properly is that we will be able to compile the whole platform from the IDES and deploy the compiled result to a server where the solution must work as it is working at the moment.
