I am looking to do a very quick prototype showing how to cancel a webworker that is running a wasm application. Here is what I'd like the prototype to have: (1) A c++ or rust method compiled to wasm which runs a "counter" for each second, with the ability to "reset" the counter. Attached please find an example in cpp pseudo-code to demonstrate this. (2) Now, on the web-page, it will show a number -- which is the Counter (conveyed via the `[login to view URL]`) and a button to "reset" the wasm counter. Important note: You may not use the [login to view URL]() method. The initial worker must stay alive forever. You will probably need to create one web-worker to run the wasm code and possibly another one to store the "state" of whether it is cancelled or not. Here are some possible tips/references: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] For someone who has good experience with web-workers and a basic understanding of wasm, this task should probably take less than a couple hours. The final deliverable will be a working webpage to test with and code uploaded to github.
