Zoho Creator App Development

We are using zoho crm for all our customers and have about 300 live orders at any one time. We sell furniture online and have 2 vans on the road and also use courier services. Right now to plan our delivery route and drops we use google spreadsheets (plus a route optimiser sometimes). So there could be 30 orders listed in google spreadsheet and we route them to put them in order, then we call each person to see if they are available and add all the notes about the interaction with the customer in the sheet. So there is no link into Zoho. I hope zoho creator could give us a way of planning the routes inside zoho and having a linking straight from the route schedual to each contact so as we ring or email each contact the notes that are added are clear in the contacts notes. I have attached a pic of what the google doc looks like now. When talking to customers they often want to have del at a specific time of the day. I also would want to come back to this after the del is complete and log that it was fully done.
