Production of HTML5 banners with CSS animation and/or Greensock GSAP

I'm looking for a freelancer or digital production company for long-term cooperation that can create animations for digital banners. It is necessary to master HTML5 and CSS animation, og preferably Greensock GSAP (or one which can easily learn it :).
Except from Greensock Gsap, you can not use javascript, jquery or other external libraries for animations. I prefer that you don't use automatically generated code with programs as Flash, Adobe Edge or Google web designer. If you do so, you need to understand the code that is generated, and and knowing that there may be changes that make it necessary to go directly into the code to adjust for different advertising systems.
It will vary how many projects there will be in a month, it varies between 2- 10 productions. A typical project will be to deliver 5 to 10 different ad sizes (formats) with animations. Sometimes there is bigger production with up to 100 banners. The code should be adapted to an advertising system such as Adform, Doubleclick, Sizmek or Adtech.
Specifications on how the code should be on the different systems will be provided.
I will always deliver PSD files and description of the animations to be done.
