PSD to responsive HTML5 coding

The project is for coding proper HTML 5 pages from given PSD(s). All the pages must be responsive - any device friendly. I will award the project by tomorrow and I need the project will be completed within 2 to 3 days. 1. Home page: one header image slider, few text and images, one embed youtube video and 3 image / text links. 2. Product page : 1 image slider with text and right side bar with few links. 3. Service page: text based. 4. References page: text based. 5. Videos page: Youtube embed videos only. 6. Download page: text based. 7. Contact page: contact addresses, google maps and a contact form. I shall convert the HTML pages to valid WordPress theme so, you must consider the followings while coding: 1. All the pages must be perfectly HTML 5 and CSS coded. You must use all the HTML5 tags, all the modern browsers friendly. 2. You must have a basic WordPress theme structure knowledge. 3. There will not be any "Position" attribute in your CSS. 4. All the DIV(s) must be fluid and with looping logic. I may copy any DIV block from & to any pages and will maintain the same look exactly on all pages. So, a DIV will not be dependent to its parent DIV. 5. I shall tweak with your HTML when you will deliver it. So, it should not be broken. 6. There is no animation or effect so you will not have to use any 3rd party script or CSS. For slider use only Flexslider and for icons use Fontawesome. I shall release the milestone payment once my testing will be completed and there will be no issue. Thank you for your bid.
