Hello, I am 30 years old, and more than 15 I have dedicated them to work in technical support. I learned at age 7 with my first computer an Intel 386 with windows 95 to use CMD to open my games with their respective sound driver and good resolution. Then I was learning on my own most of my life. I'm familiarized with different OS and Software. I also studied programming in Visual Basic 6.0, which helped me to understand and even edit different programming languages. (I am not a programmer). My English, for example, I learned on my own (I'm not bad with it, I'm really good actually) since my parents did not have the possibility to send me to study it when I was younger. I hope to get a job like this that I could honestly do for $ 6 an hour and it would make my life so much easier. I am very fast with the tasks on my computer and I always find a way to do it faster and more efficiently. I learn very easy, I am very persuasive and patient with the client and above all things I never let the client go unsatisfied until I achieve what he needs I do not abandon. I have run a Shopify drop-shipping online store in the past, which included, creating product listings( uploading pictures, writing title and description), setting up legal pages and information pages, setting up marketing email and SMS flows, fulfilling and processing orders, keeping track of inventory and stock and reporting/replenishing when it got used up interacting with customers and solving their problems and concerns, keeping in contact with the supplier to make sure there is enough stock on their part and shipping is well.
