I have more than 5 years of experience working as a VA for many successful international Shopify dropshipping stores and I can be handy with the following: * Answering emails effectively. (Zendesk) * Processing orders. (using Oberlo and Aliexpress) * Processing returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations etc. * Adding order number to backend if it's not synced correctly or to some other software where necessary. * Choosing best and economical shipping method at the time of processing. * Adding tracking number and details onto orders manually or onto any other e-commerce platform. * Adding processed orders to google sheets or anywhere as told to. * Choosing different suppliers if the existing supplier has discontinued the product. I am ready to start asap and to be on board, looking forward to a positive response. Regards.
