Overview

BehaveHealth is actively looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role, crucial to our commitment to exceptional customer service, involves key responsibilities like coordinating the onboarding of new customers and managing customer support.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent software skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. High self-motivation and previous customer support experience are also crucial. We particularly value candidates who can enhance our team with their expertise in medical billing and experience in the Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health Treatment sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities:

● Coordinating New Customer Onboarding: This includes managing the overall customer onboarding process, conducting customer training sessions, and setting up new customer accounts.

● Managing Customer Support: You will process new support requests, ensure prompt replies to customers, investigate customer bug reports, and diligently track verified bugs in our Task Tracker. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer retention/satisfaction, upselling products/services add-on’s, providing feedback to product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

1. Prior Customer Support Experience: 3+ years experience in customer service or account management roles. A Background in customer support will provide the necessary experience to excel in this role

2. Experience in the Healthcare Sector: Candidates must have a background in healthcare, with familiarity in its industry workflows, terminologies, and regulations. Due to the nature of the work a background check and Business Associates Agreement is required for this role.

3. Excellent Software Skills: Comfortability with various software tools and the ability to quickly learn new software as required.

4. Strong Professional Communication Skills: Effective, professional communication with various stakeholders is essential.

5. Attention to Detail: Given the multiple responsibilities, meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accurately and efficiently completing all tasks.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Candidates with the following skills and experience will be given preferential consideration, although they are not strictly required:

1. Prior Medical Billing Experience: Experience in medical billing will be a significant advantage, knowledge of the workflows, processes, and terminology.

2. Experience in the Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health Treatment Sector: This experience will offer valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities in our field.

3. Prior Software Company Experience: Experience in a software company especially in and around the development team, product or project management, or customer support.

4. Prior Software Usage Experience: The ideal candidate will have used Google Workspace Apps like Gmail and Calendar, Hubspot CRM, Helpscout Help Desk. Familiarity with Mac computers would be helpful.
