As I understood, this would be the steps:
1. Check if LinkedIn profile is added. If it is, make sure all data is included (name, employment, location, work email address if available);
2. If LinkedIn profile isn't present, try to find it (update rest with the latest data);
3. If location isn't available add at least city or state;
4. Update company information where it isn't available;
5. Remove designation from First or Last name and add it to the Suffix field in your database;
6. Locate duplicates;
7. Mark contacts that was impossible to complete;
