16818 Simple purchase order database

This is a simple request for a non web based piece of work. All I need is to keep track of purchases made against jobs for a contractor. IE we need something, we manually write out a purchase order. A little while later, the invoice comes in. I want to be able to allocate and keep track of costs based on order number & invoice. The orders will always be delivered in one invoice, it is simply a quick way to see how much has been spent on each job. So we are talking a database that can be searched by order number, invoice number, supplier code, and maybe one or two other spare fields, all of which will need to give us totals. I would ideally like a nice interface for the user, but if this is going to push cost up forget it. I am doing this as a favour to a client so cost is important. I am looking to get this done immediately and as soon as a sensible quote comes in I will accept it and get going.
