Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data from Public Website

Compile Court Filing Information We are looking for someone to provide us an Excel spreadsheet every day that contains information about each lawsuit filed in our district in the previous 24 hours. We are looking for someone to obtain information from each new lawsuit filed in our district each day and email us a spreadsheet with that information in it. You may search for a case by entering into the “Case Number” search box the following: “2014 CVF 019895”. Try searching that, and the case for Asset Acceptance LLC v. Kelli Young appears. Cases are registered numerically, however, some case numbers won’t have any data, such as number 2014 CVF 8000 because that case number was not assigned a CVF designation (that number was used for 2014 CVI 8000). I only want data from the CVF files. The case numbers continue in order each day, even if the case type changes. The case number “019895” means that 19,895 cases have been filed in this court, although not all of those will be CVF. Each day, I need you to search for and email me information about all the new cases filed with the CVF designation. You can start at “2014 CVF 019895”. The spreadsheet you mail me will need to contain all of the following information: 1. The case number 2. The name of the first plaintiff 3. The name of the first defendant 4. The street address of the first defendant 5. That Defendant’s City 6. That Defendant’s State 7. That Defendant’s Zip Code Case number 019895 does not have a defendant’s address, so that field can be blank on the spreadsheet. However, as an example, you can look at 14 CVF 018411. The spreadsheet emailed to me would appear like this for that case: 2014 CVF 018411, Asset Acceptance LLC, Diaz, Javier, 1050 Plumrose Dr Apt B, Columbus, OH, 43228 There are approximately 40,000 lawsuits filed per year, with probably about 50% being CVF cases. Please bid your cost per 1,000 cases provided. Thus, if you bid $.05 per case, then your bid should be $50. This will be an ongoing project where I will require you email me every single weekday (Monday through Friday) all of the CVF cases that were filed since the day before. I will pay you every two weeks for all of the cases which you have provided to me. Please PM me with questions.
