Task Management excel sheet

I want a task management Excel sheet for my team in excel sheet, first sheet will have a table with name of entity, description of the task, priority (high, medium and low), person in charge (drop down list with these names: Salem, Hamad, Fawzeya, Hissa), Date received, date end, what was done and end date.
Second sheet in the same file I need to see a stat stating each employer how many task in this month they got and I need it to be calculated by the end date as soon as the task is done then it will show in the dashboard and I want to calculate the effectiveness of my team by that sheet.
Any thing that can be added I dont mind as long as its creative enough and well executed I need a fancy lookin excel.
