Businesses within Australia use phone systems, and when they place their callers on hold, they can hear any music source, including radio, CD, radio static, silence, musical chimes or a professionally recorded message
Although you are required to make calls, no selling is involved, just data cleansing and collection, however sometimes customers may express interest in our product
Your role:
To call 1000 Businesses in 5 categories specified by us within NSW of Australia.
Keep a record of who you called successfully in a easy to read Excel format
Ensure that every time you have 100 records, you forward them to us with our required info
You need to get 3 pieces of information: Which of the above sources are they playing on hold? Who is the decision maker in the business? What is their email address?
You will receive:
An online database with the business details inc name and phone number
The 5 categories of businesses we require you to call
An easy calling script, that is straight to the point
An Australian accent is preferred for this job however English or American will suffice as well
This will be a very consultative, research based phone call, and we do not want it to feel like a sales call
